My review can be summed up quickly: We were gone within 20 minutes of originally checking in.

The full story: I reserved a non-smoking, King bed room. When I walked into the room, it reeked of smoke. I immediately returned to the front desk and told them. The man was confused and I explained that this was a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke. He told me there was no other King bed room and I said that was fine. I was willing to switch to a room with a smaller bed or even 2 beds. I was switched to another room with a King bed. The bed was poorly made. The toilet seat had only one screw to hold it on, so it was hanging half off. When we turned on the A/C unit, a strong smell of cat urine rushed our noses. We also noticed that bugs could come through this unit in the wall with no problem.

I paid over $100 for this.

After all of this, we called about 6 other local hotels and left the room key on the hotel lobby's counter. I was mortified by this experience and I recommend that no one ever stays here again. There was no effort to maintain the place.

Oh, and they say they have wireless internet, but it doesn't exist. I wouldn't be surprised if there's no breakfast served either.

Mold all over Bathroom tile, black grout, sharp edges on the shower stall aluminum, no rooms are handicapped accessible, small enough to prevent walking with a walker. Bathroom had one half roll of toilet tissue, no hair dryer, carpet was old, dusty. One lamp did not work, no plastic wrapper for ice bucket, but no worries, the ice machine was broken. When asked if there would be a delivery of ice later, manager said "I don't know". Would never have stayed here but because of graduation weekends all other motels were booked in surrounding areas. Even the front lobby was not handicap accessible with steps. bed mattress was thin
Once good thing. The ac in the room was absolutely cold.

My husband and I were visiting family and needed a place to sleep, we found a coupon in a travelers book that stated that they allowed pets had wifi, amoung other ammenities. we arrived about 9:30, there was one person in the loby, as soon as my husband walked in the door he asked if they allowed pets and he said yes they do, even though there were a couple signs on the desk that said no pets, he did not seem to know how to check us in but took down our information and took our coupon for the manager. he gave us a key and closed down the office right after we walked out. we went into the room to find a disaster, the sink stopper was stuck down, there was a hole in the celing with a trach can under with standing water in it, no tv, tried to get onto computer and couldnot access the internet, one of our dogs found a pill on the floor, thankfully we got it before she ate it! since we were tired we decided to just get some sleep. 8am there was an awful banging on the door, woke us and our dogs from a sound sleep. I told them to hold on (since we were not dressed) and he continued to pound on the door. As soon as my husband opened the door the man started yelling at my husband about there being pets in the room. My husband went to the office to settle up and found no coffee available and the disagreeable man was still rude about the pets even though we offered to let him check the room for damages, we told about the problems with the room and was told that the room shouldn't have been rented out. then he poceeded to charge the full amount for the room , didn't even take off for the coupon!!!!! we could not get out of there fast enough!

Oh my goodness. What a horrible experience. Was placed there for 2 nights due to last minute change for work. So glad that I reduced it down to one night.
Here are the problems:
a. multiple towels were stained (brown in color)
b. moldly smell of the carpet
c. no continental breakfast
d. a/c unit only blows the fan
e. desk manager was rude; I had told him that I was going to the room to take a nap (in order to get ready for a night shift) and yet he called my room plus knocked on my door to ask me a question.
f. initial quote of room was around $49. desk manager charge $98 per night.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.... you'll save yourself much aggrevation.
