This hotel is magnificent and well appointed. Beautifully renovated, preserving the old, but adding all the modern conveniences and comforts. Charming, without sacrifice. Beautiful tiles, arched brick ceilings, wrought iron balconies. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the middle of the historic section of the city which feels like being in Spain or many places in Europe. But, be advised that if you plan on sleeping before midnite, stay away from rooms facing the plaza, as the two bars below are VERY loud. Impossible to sleep, even though the view of the plaza from these roomes is tempting and charming. Queretaro is magical.
