I strongly disagree with dainkito. This is a budget hotel, more or less like a Ibis (Europe) or a Holiday Inn (USA). The hotel is brand new and is absolutely clean. The room was small, but comfortable with modern furniture, cable TV, a/c, and a big bathroom. The free breakfast was the typical thing in this kind of hotels: juice, bread, cereals, milk, coffee, cream cheese. For 60 USD a night, I found this place more than adequate. Believe me, it is like a budget hotel in the USA. Nothing special, but modern and comfortable. It is a little bit far from downtown, but a cab is not going to cost you more than 4 o 5 USD. Absolutely recommendable!

“Ok for one night”

The location is very good. They offer transportation and the service is good. The rooms are nice, a little small. They also offer breakfast along with the rate. They have a large parking lot. The problem is that it is not clean, carpets, bathroom, sheets, etc where a little dirty. That was dissapointing.

Permítame comentarle que en el departamento de Ama de Llaves en City Express trabaja bajo los más altos estándares de limpieza en el que cada proceso esta meticulosamente detallado. En el caso de la limpieza de la habitación, se utiliza un material y producto para cada distinta área. Tenga la seguridad de que hemos dado un seguimiento cercano a su queja y se han tomado las medidas necesarias para asegurar que nuestros estándares se cumplan al 100% y con esto sus expectativas de limpieza. Esperamos recibirlo nuevamente muy pronto! Estamos a sus órdenes.
