I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions and generally enjoy staying here. The front desk staff are helpful. I usually get upgraded to a suite which is nice. Having the extra room to conduct business is quite useful. The hotel is right off the Long Island Expressway exit #63, which is super convenient. The restaurant is currently being upgraded.

On the plus slide, the rooms have high ceilings and an open, airy feeling. The decor is a bit tired, but as long as the wireless Internet works quickly, I am happy. As a Platinum Ambassador, I get a welcome bag and free continental breakfast.

Unfortunately, during my last stay, I was not that happy as I did not get the requested wake-up call, which made me late to my appointment. Also, some of the lights in the room were not functional, the coffee machine had not been cleaned properly, there was no amenity kit waiting on the bed (as usual), and the room seemed not to have been serviced properly (empty bottle on the floor, hairs in bathroom). I registered my complaint with management and hope that this was a one-time occurrence.

I will most likely stay again because of the convenience and the value for the money.

I started to stay here again because I was informed that they were under new management and a whole new staff. The hotel itself looks great. I purchased the New Year's Eve package and fell in love with the new staff, and they changes they have made.

I stayed at this hotel over New Years weekend and had a wonderful time. The hotel hosted a couple of New Years events that looked like everyone was having a great time. On Sunday morning the General Manager came down and greeted everyone at breakfast. It's always nice to put a face to the person who is running the hotel. The room was gorgeous and the renovations are coming along great. I can't wait to come back and see the finished product.

We attended the hotel for their New Years Eve party! My group had a very good time, however after the party was over, we continued drinking in the bar where 17$ mysteriously left the bar after paying for a beer.... when questioned the staff they could not give me an answer.. this happened to others in my group as well... Hotel in general was very nice..clean... breakfast was alright, not fabulous, just okay.. but if you want entertainment in the bar.. just put your change in your pocket... otherwise if you turn around for 1 second.. it will be gone.. the bar staff stinks!!!
