Typical motel.
Thread bare sheets, worn out towels. Need to pay more attention to details when cleaning.
Shampoo cap in top of shower enclosure, carpet corners and edges.
Parakeet in the next room, not a problem though, was quiet at night.

My children and I stayed overnight at this economy hotel during a visit to the attractions in the area. It was close to everything we wanted to see, and when we walked in to register and check in, we were greeted warmly by the evening desk clerk who was very accommodating in honoring our request for a room at the back, and additional towels. Three females need a few more towels!. The room itself was a good size, with two queen beds. It was clean, the bathroom spotless, had a coffee maker, a small refrigerator and a microwave. On the down-side, the beds were past their prime and should be replaced. The free continental breakfast served was ample, with two types of cereal, white and wheat bread, bagels, and danish, as well as apples and oranges, coffee and tea. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

I think everyone has high expectations for everything, but I have to give the manager of this hotel, Jennifer an outstanding review. She had alot of people asking questions, the phone ringing, and a million things going on at once, while I was standing there to check in! Not once did she act stressed, she was one of the nicest people I have ever done business with. I have to give her credit considering I am a district manager for one of the largest retail chains in the area. The room I had was stocked with what I needed and my stay was quiet and pleasant. I read some of the other reviews, but I have to say I disagree.

Thank you to Jenn the Manager and her staff and the friendly service we have received here. Our company has been staying here for over 8 months and we enjoy the friendly service here. Our company works out of town all of the time, and this good service is not very common. We will continue to stay here, or recommend other companies when in this area to come enjoy their stay here.
