“Decent place - I enjoy this place alot!”

I am in the area fairly regularly and have recently taken to staying here - rooms are always clean with things that work - like the TV, the locks, the heat - towels get replaced daily and the area is safe and convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Wifi is great. Personnel are friendly and helpful - Was here a few days ago and the morning clerk was in the process of quitting and very grumpy - I think she needed to leave since RR usually does not have folks like this here!
Grounds are kept up well and well lit. Price is great if you look for offers from RR! I will stay here again!

Room Tip: the rooms in the middle are quieter but the place is really not noisy even next to McDonald's!

“Great stay for black friday shopping”

We were checked in 3 nights, appox $200, nice room upstairs, comfy bed, free wifi.
Bonus, just across the parking lot was the Tim Horton's YEA!

Room Tip: We liked our upstairs room just fine.

“Most definitely recommend!”

In an area where all hotels are >$100+ (even Motel 8 across the street is $85!) - I was able to book this one for $53 a night! The room was spacious, clean, not smelly. Plenty of ambient and spot lights. Two large mirrors, a TV, and an alarm clock (you can also request a wake-up call). Parking is convenient and safe. Water in the shower drains very well. Folks at reception polite and good-humored. Definitely will stay there again if I come back to Rochester!

“Can't go wrong!”

We stayed here on a thursday and got the coupon rate. Total was $56. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had everything the two of us could have wanted for an overnight stay. It was a king size bed so it took up a lot of the room, but it wasnt a problem for two people. Highly recommend this hotel!
