Motel is located on a beautiful bay...lot's of activities for kids to do. They were able to fish and crab.....went on pedal boats, and rode on bumper boats !! Rooms are neat with all the amenities you need. Very kid friendly. Very relaxing trip only an hour from my home. Weekday family rates are very affordable.

Went with my friends for a weekend getaway. The motel is on the bay . We saw a really pretty sunset. The room was clean and the staff nice. We were about ten minutes from the beaches and the clubs were no more than 5 minutes away. There is a sundeck on the dock which was pretty cool. All three of us are going back Labor day weekend.

My husband and I went to the Sunset Bay Motel in Hampton Bays, New York and had a wonderful time. The room was clean (looked new) the location was right on the Bay. The motel staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended a great place for dinner. At night the motel staff started an outdoor fire and we sat on the dock watching the boats come and go. I can't wait to go again!!

Terrible Customer Service, rude woman working the office. Started an argument with us because she couldn't give us a straight answer on the price of the room. She was smoking a cigarette in the office as we were picking up the key to check in.

Rooms were disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Shower didn't work. Toilet backed up first night.

We had called 3 times to try to make a reservation on the same day and got 3 different quotes for the same set of nights.

Stole our IPOD after the first night, we went to the beach and it was missing from the drawer next to the bed when we came back.
