After having been robed traveling last month I am a bit paranoid. In asking a question that the front desk staff could not answer I was refered to the general manager. What a mistake! He not only acted like he was bothered to meet me... but then was condesending, rude, and when I asked for his name... REFUSED to give it to me! OMG I will never stay at this property while this fool is employed there!

Saw previous reviews after I booked for 1 night on business in Middletown. Found hotel to be clean,well maintained,& quiet. Bathroom very clean & spacious.Bed comfortable.Staff I had contact with were friendly&helpful.Nice free breakfast in the AM saved time on way to early meeting.Property well kept.Would not hesitate to stay again !!!

Once again we left it go too late and couldn't find a room anywhere. So we ventured 4 miles of Rte 84 because they had a vacancy. Called the 800 number to make the reservation. The lady that answered the phone was way too chatty---I just wanted a reservation and directions. She couldn't look up my rewards program ID but assured me they would take care of it at check in. Of course that didn't happen, nor did the morning girl know how to do it. Our room had a hole in the closet door--bathroom floor had hairs on it; The air conditioner cycled on and off all night, but did nothing for the room temperature. Breakfast was the typical fare plus eggs and bacon which was nice, except that they did not have enough staff assigned to keep everything filled.

My husband and my two small children spent one night here. Around midnight the room was uncomfortable warm and we realized the AC was not working correctly. We immediately called the front desk. After a few unsuccessful attempts to fix the AC over the phone the clerk offered us another room. It was impossible for us to move the kids at midnight. The next morning we were prepared to leave directly after the 7am breakfast. We were told at 6:50am that the breakfast would not be ready until way after 7am. So we left to find breakfast elsewhere. After two conversations with the rude manager we were given a $20 refund for our troubles.
