I didn't have any problem with rude staff, but then again I didn't really interact with too many. As others have noted, be careful not to show up before check-in time, because they'll act like it's a big hassle to get a room clean. Our room was clean (if drearily decorated), and the bathroom particularly clean, but the rugs were clearly old and needed washing. A/C unit was loud and thermostat seemed wonky. I wound up getting a bad sinus infection and I suspect the A/C unit here, because I never get sick when I'm at home. Biggest complaint: Wi-fi didn't work in the room, or not very well. You had to go down to the lobby to get any. For $120 a night, I expect more than what this hotel offered.

This hotel served it's purposes. It was near where I had to be. The room was OK, except that it seemed to have a musty smell in the corner of the room. The hotel was generally clean. The breakfast was typical of this class of hotel.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly rude. The general manager was completely uncooperative and certainly did not treat us like guests. I went down to get breakfast prior to 9 AM and there was no food except 1 apple and a little bit of terrible coffee. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon arriving to the hotel right after check in time, I was informed my room was not ready and I should "Go somewhere for an hour". I told them I was from out of town (obviously), and that had nowhere else to go, and needed the room immediately, because I had somewhere to be, and needed to freshen up quickly from my trip. I asked if she could have the house keepers clean it right now, and with a blank, ambivalent stare, the front desk girl agreed. I took my things to my room and waited outside the door for the maid, who I could see way down at the end of the hall. I walked down, and told her the situation, asking if the front desk had contacted her. She said no, and nicely agreed to clean my room... She was the only polite employee I would encounter during my three day stay there.

Also, I booked the room in this hotel because there would be an open pool for my kids, and even though I signed waivers when I checked in, the pool was closed the following day. My kids were NOT happy. Especially since I told them they need to eat their entire breakfast and rest for a minute before we could swim. My four year old was so upset! The man at the front desk was VERY rude and obnoxious when I questioned it.

Never again!
