I stayed at this hotel on December 30 to December 31 2011. I wanted to have a nice get away to start off the new year. The room itself was adequate, nothing great, but it was clean. The next day we went out to visit winerys, when we came back at 4pm, our room was not done, no clean towels, etc. I called the main desk and at least asked for some towels for the next morning. Housekeeping arrived with one set of towels, so I had to ask for another set of towels for both of us, they never offered to clean our room. In the meantime, the New Years Eve crowd checked in. They were partying in the hallway starting a 4pm, it got worse and worse. I told the desk and they said," most of the visitors are here for New Years Eve"
I agree that everyone needs to have fun, and partying into the night, is one way. The hotel should have been sensitive to the other folks, and perhaps save one floor for those that paid for a quiet hotel stay. I will never stay at this hotel again, bad attitudes, poor service. We finally left early Saturday night, and drove home so we could get some sleep.

We stayed at this hotel in 10/11. We stayed here for 2 days while visiting Seneca Lake and surrounding area. We had a lakefront room on the first floor that had great lake views. We ate breakfast at the hotel and the food and service were fine. Staff were friendly and pleasant and the rooms were clean. We also took a walk around the lake using the walkway right outside the hotel. Would definately stay here again

My grandmother passed away and we needed a hotel for several nights during our stay for her funeral. The last thing we needed was an expensive hotel to add to our overall expenses for the trip. Thankfully, the manager was super helpful and extended a bereavement rate. Thank you, Ramada!

The first thing we noticed was the very friendly staff upon check in, and throughout our stay. Although the rooms are slightly older (minor signs of wear and tear), they were very clean and spacious. Our room had a city view, two double beds, a table with two chairs, a desk and chair, closet without doors (more of a "cubby"), iron, ironing board, and flat screen TV. Our room did not have a refrigerator, but it did have a coffee maker with several packets of coffee and tea. The room was comfortable and adequate for our needs.

We received a complimentary breakfast for each day of our stay. I did not expect this, and was very pleased that it was at the hotel's restaurant. A hot breakfast including beverage was a nice touch.

The grounds are nice, especially on the lake front side. The Finger Lakes region is beautiful, and we wish we had more time during this trip to experience more of its beauty.

This place felt oddly outdated in the rooms for some reason. And despite it being a non-smoking building, our entire 5th floor had a lingering smoky smelling funk to it and so did our room. The doors don't have a very good seal on them (you can see light in the hallway around all 4 edges of the door) - so hallway noise can be loud.

Coffee in the lobby was about the best thing this place had going.

I'm sure you can find somewhere better to stay here or in wine country. We wouldn't stay here again.
