Spent Columbus Day weekend here to attend the Letchworth Arts and Crafts Festival. Price was fabulous, location was ideal and is close to many places to eat, including the local country club which has wonderful food. Most importantly, the entire staff gets A++++++ in customer service. Everyone was wonderful, especially Melissa.

Spent two days at this hotel and it was awesome! Requested the 1 st floor and was right next to the door for the Outdoor Pool. Pool was huge and extremely clean Ourr room was large with 2 Queens Beds, Microwave, and Fridge. All the Staff are very friendly. The free Breakfast was plenty with eggs, cereal, pastries, breads, muffins, juices and etc. Would definitely stay here again !

We stayed here for two nights as a family (2 adults, 2 small children) along with other family members in adjacent or nearby rooms. Overall we found that the service was incredibly nice and accommodating for our entire party. They were able to give us two adjoining rooms, and every single person on the staff that we encountered (housekeeping, maintenance, front desk) was super nice to us and our kids. We were there on a night when restaurants were not really an option, so we got dinners from a nearby Wegmans and "ate in," where staff opened up the breakfast room for us, let us use the microwaves, got out utensils and cups for us, etc. It was really, really nice of them to do that.

The rooms were fairly clean and the decor a little outdated, but not so much that it was a problem. The wireless worked fine and was not slow. The free breakfast was great with hot and cold items, an array of multi-colored sugar cereals for kids, and plenty of coffee.

Even though this place won't win points for decor, they know how to make people feel at home, and are really willing to please, which makes all the difference when you are traveling with kids.

We arrived at around 10pm... check in was quick and easy. We noticed there was a gym but we didn't get to use it... we only stayed for one night. I went with my husband, mom and 3 month old baby... baby slept on the huge sofa chair we pushed between the two beds... of course I didn't get to sleep much but not due to hotel.

I was impressed with the buffet breakfast... I heard some guys complaining about the food (even my husband complained about the lack of meat- ham/sausage,etc)... but there was a waffle maker, pancakes, muffins, fruit, cereal, juices, milk, coffee, bread... I mean really, what do people expect?

Megan, the manager was really nice... All I saw out of her was smiles.. She was super helpful with everything... Thanks.
