Good basic motel. Shopping mall nearby but city centre is quite far away. Friendly service. Breakfast OK.

Stay for a night soon as you walk in you smell stale smoke, bring spray, bathrooms was gross. When I went back home my clothes reek of smoke this was clothes in my suitcase unworn yet.

To be short: We stayed last summer and brought our cat. She slipped out so when we got back to the room we went to the front desk. They said they saw her roaming the halls, kept her for a bit, took a picture of her...then released her because they thought she was a stray. We went crazy--she was 17 at the time and on thyroid meds. AND they knew a cat was in that room because we told them in advance and had to sign something. We looked for her all night and were distraught. They acted like we were at fault. Thank God in the early morning she was found by the maintenance man. Just be aware.

This was a very,very old Days Inn. Quite an experience. Reservations made on line so could not cancel. Room was very dirty. Our relatives also had 2 other rooms. Went to the store and bought Tilex to spray the mold on the tub and tile walls in all of the rooms - this is after we waited in the lobby for the owner to "inspect" the rooms before we were able to go in!!!!! Not sure if the beds had clean sheets or not. We've never been any place like this before - saw alot of big trucks in the parking lot so maybe those guys don't care. We paid over $100.00 for the room. Needless to say we were very glad to leave the next day. Will stick to the higher end motels like Hampton Inn and Best Western in the future. Would rather pay more and know we are getting a clean and comfortable room.
