“do NOT stay here under any circumstance”

the room smelled like stale smoke. we pulled back the covers to find LOTS of hair. this room was NOT clean. there were bugs crawling on the walls as well. we demanded our money back - and were refused. we left there ....and as we were waiting on a cab to our new hotel -- we saw a man enter, pay cash, leave and come back wtih a prostitue. NOT where you want to stay in New York -- please take my advice.

this is a very clean hotel. quick check-in and wonderful costumer service. my car broke down right next to the hotel so i needed a room for the night. it was a wonderful experience, the lobby is all marble and looked very nice. rooms very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. in the morning the man at the front desk was very helpful helping me find a tow truck. Highly recommended!!!
