Clean facility; friendly service; great location with eating, shopping, movies; kitchenette in room; all at an affordable price.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are very friendly and helpful. You get clean towels whenever you wish. Next to the reception there is a basket with washing up liquid, shampoo and guest soap bars. If you need any more than that, WalMart is just across the road.
The rooms are fine, although there is some lingering odor and sometimes we could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Utensils were fine. The fridge is huge. The A/C is dated and noisy but effective.
The hotel seems to have a core of long term residents, who are friendly and helpful. The carpark is large. The outside spaces were very clean, although we saw several resident dogs. We were impressed with trash disposal - the room was never overflowing and was kept spotless. There is free coffee in the lobby every morning.
KFC is on the doorstep and Dunkin 2 mins in the car. There is a good hairdresser in WalMart too.
Good, safe, basic accommodation.

The rooms are tiny for a suite, cooking smells abound in the hallway, and the staff is unhelpful and hard to find.

Be aware the if you stay here for less than 7 days they will not make your bed, empty the trash, vacuum, or do anything to your room unless you pay extra. Towels must be exchanged at the front desk. You must take your own trash to a closet in the hall - where it sits in overflowing trash cans until the "porter" comes on Friday to pick it up. By Friday morning the cans were overflowing and the smell permeated everything.

I recently stayed at this facility and was markedly disappointed with just about everything.
I arrived to check in and was told they do not offer ANY housekeeping unless the guest stays 7 days. I booked the room through their corporate booking site and there was NO mention of this policy on that site. Apparently it is posted on the site for that specific hotel, however it is not clearly posted and one would have had to click through several icons to have found it.
I also had repeated problems with my room key which kept demagnitizing.
When I attempted to resolve the housekeeping issue I was told there was no manager available during the weekends. I tried again on Monday and again told there was not a manager on site. After several phone calls I was connected to an area manager who was rude,disresptful and dismissive of my concerns. I was essentially told the info was on the website and that the no housekeeping for less than a 7 day stay was their corporate policy.
While I might have overlooked my other concerns under most circumstances his demeaning tone was so insulting that I did bring up some of the other concerns which included no clock in the room anywhere and no drinking utensils in the bathroom. Again he was dismissive and reminded me there were glasses in the kitchen and I just should have used them and that they do not have clocks in any of their rooms.
Please, save your self money and aggravation and do not stay here.
