What a remarkable trip. The front desk staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were in great condition. The trip was especially nice because we organized a bus group touring the area, and the staff was very accommodating. Never did we receive one complaint about anything having to do with this hotel or its staff. (No news is good news!) The next time we make a trip to the Hudson Valley, the Hilton Garden Inn will be the first place we call. Keep up the great work, HGI!!

I stay here once or twice a year and am always pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The location is very convenient, right off of Interstate 84. The rooms are modern and there is free wireless (!). Breakfast is a little pricey, but is very nice. There is a Ruby Tuesday's adjacent to the property (but the quality of the service/food there is not great). The staff at the hotel is very accommodating, very friendly and welcoming.

It's right off I-84, and plenty of eating options, some within walking distance to the hotel. The staff is really friendly - I was talking to the night shift manager about how my GPS brought me to the hotel using a weird route (from La Guardia), and the manager printed out directions back to La Guardia airport and slipped it under my door, along with my bill sometime during the night. Breakfast was the usual Hilton Garden Inn fare - options for all types/ages.

the front desk crew was very well and pleasant when we checked in. the room smell fresh and clean. The resturant was amazing and the chef matt. the best breakfast i ever had in a hotel. the food was real..haha. overall the hotel is the best place to stay in the area. they live up to the Hilton name.
