Stayed at the Craftsman Inn last night and the rooms were lovely, so much better than the same old same old chain but I made the mistake of eating at the attached restaurant. I ordered the chicken which was swimming in grease, I had picked it specifically because I didn't want anything fried for dinner. Unfortunately, this was and it wasn't mentioned in the description. All I could taste was oil. I sent the plate back untouched & wasn't asked if there was a problem, I probably should've mentioned it but I just didn't feel like having to explain it all. The complimentary bread was good as was the soup but if I can't stomach my entree what's the point? I'll stay at the Inn again but maybe go across the street and get a salad at Paneras and save myself some money.
