Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff was easy to reach as needed.

Travelers beware!! I have had to stay at this hotel many times for business and each time it has gotten worse and worse. Rude, nasty staff. Rooms are filthy and have a horrible odor to them!! Rooms have older heating systems that make a terrible noise all night long. Shower had long black hairs on the floor and when I went to get in the bed the sheets had stains on them as if they had not been changed from the previous guest. When you speak to manager of property she was very nasty and did not want to hear that her hotel had any problems. She makes promises she does not keep....she is a liar!!! She is a piece of trash!!! Marriott should only know what kind of garbage they have running there properties. The best thing that could happen for this hotel would be for a bull dozer to knock it down. Motel 6 is even better than this DUMP!!!

On level for the Courtyard brand, maybe a bit old on furniture, but the Staff makes it a great place to stay. Early evening drink/snack and very helpfull Staff that suggests solutions before we even asked.

This is a relatively new property and looks very nice. Clean and shiny. But whe you look a little deeper the problems are obvious.
No matter how clean and shiny the lobby and public areas might be, the true litmus test is the cleanliness of the rooms and this is where the hotel has a long way to go. During my three day-two night stay my room was never vacuumed, towels and bath mats were not replaced when requested, soap and shampoo were not replenished. A courtesy copy of the bill wasn't delivered, a standard practice at most US hotels especially for members of the respective chain's awards programs.
Each time I called or asked for service, I got the same excuse from the staff; "We are having staff problems". Really? If a new property isn't well cared for or managed, this will soon drop to the condition of the typical hotel in this area. The lack of a room rate including breakfast is a significant issue, especially considering the room rate.
Yes, the property was conveniently located to Republic field and the commercial companies in the area, but it is not worth the money.
