We held a conference at the Woodcliff in October, 2009. I have heard nothing but good things about the hotel, aside from the uncontrollable issue of ladybugs - but that wasn't the hotel's fault and it is my understanding the front desk staff did everything they could to make it right with our guests - with a smile and while being very courteous. Everything from the meeting rooms to the hotel rooms to the front desk to the food was great - have heard no complaints at all. Kudos to the banquet staff and meeting setup crew for dealing with our last minute changes and requests so professionally and special thanks to the chef and his crew - all the meals were fantastic, hot foods hot, cold food cold and smiles on all the servers' faces. The housemen were always friendly, and personally, Lincoln was great. He helped me time and again, never without a smile and a kind word. The housekeeping staff always had a smile when I met them in the hallways, which was nice to see. The front desk ladies were amazing. When you can check out 50 women without receiving a complaint - way to go! That's no easy task! The conference sales staff were amazing to work with and that was very much appreciated.
Believe me, whenever I can get the group back to the Woodcliff, I will do it!
