I stayed at this hotel and it was very nice for the price and room were very clean staff was great. the only two issues we had were that the pool was indoors and it was like 100 degress in there so it did not makes since to go in a very hot pool and another thing was we orderd from the room service menu that was perovided for us and it was from Generos pizzaria in dobbs Ferry if you Stay Beware of there food. We found little bugs crawling in the Garden salad thank god i looked at it before eating we Ordered a pie pizza it came so burnt you could not bite into it. So we ended going to apple bees which is like a two min drive Overall the stay was great and alot of room the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean I would recomond this hotel to people. Not to mention they did have contienetal breakfest which was good too.

I was a business traveler who needed a room near Tarrytown. There were two positives. First, I found the staff to be very friendly, unlike other posters. Norman checked me in and was a very nice man. How often does one remember the front desk clerk's name? The room itself appeared to be newly renovated and generally clean.

You can tell that this is a newly renovated hotel. However, you can also tell that management cut corners. The hallways in the back portion of the hotel appear to be old, dirty, dark, and dinghy. I was very concerned that I would be disappointed with the room with the hallways as the first impression.

The worst part was the noise problem. I could clearly hear both neighboring guests very clearly. The walls were so thin that I could tell that my neighboring guests were speaking Italian (which I also speak). The hallway door blocked little noise and I was woken every time someone opened a door.

The amenities were subpar. The hotel has a huge pool, which should be a great amenity. However, it is only open from 9 -6. As a business traveler, I am guaranteed not to be at the hotel during these times. I have to imagine very few people are in their rooms during these times. Secondly, I was VERY disappointed by the fitness center. There were 2 treadmills, 1 step master, and a bike. 3 of which were broken and the fourth looked like it would break any minute. This was probably the worst gym I have ever seen, even for a hotel gym.

The room itself seemed clean but there were some oversights that weakened my experience. The remote was sticky. There was mold in the bathroom. The light by the entrance was out. The front door didn't fit the frame right and rattled.

Also, the area wasn't very accomodating. There were no neighboring restaurants. This seemed to be in a primarily industrial area on a heavily trafficked road.

The staff here are unbelievably unhelpful! I had to add a night to my stay and they made it seem like I was making their life unbearable, I then found out they charged my credit card 4 times! When I called to get the problem fixed they put me on hold for 15 minutes, I called back and theynhung up on me twice. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

As for the rooms, I found 2 ticks in the bed so ended up sleeping in the chair

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area! The price was lower than others in the area, yet the room was large, clean and comfortable. Pest-FREE!! Bathroom lovely, with big bathtub. You control the climate in the room. Huge self service breakfast included in price from 5am - 9:30am- even make your own waffles with a waffle iron if you want! Everyone was so nice and polite. We also took some time to explore the neighboring villages at fall foliage and were surprised how beautiful the area is, yet so close to NYC. Lots of small shops scattered throughout. If exploring, good to have a detailed map on hand as need to know lots of small roads that are not on larger maps- say print outs from google map. Wished we could have stayed longer- definitely recommend!
