Got the hotel on Priceline for 68$ a night. This supposedly is a very
good rate for this area. The hotel was average. The ice trays were dirty and the guy at the front desk wasnt very good with English. However, the room was clean and so was the shower. The bed was clean,
but pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were horribly stiff. Would probably not stay here again unless i had to be in this certain area.

I stayed at this property for a 2-nite stay for a business trip. I need to preface this review with a mention that this area is extremely expensive, even for the least worthy properties. Many regular hotels in the greater White Plains area are $250+/night. I paid about $139/nite. First, I had to request hangers from the front desk as there were none on the cheap wall hanging system in the room (no separate closet for clothes, etc.). They don't supply even your basic hotel shampoo which is a necessity these days with all of the flight restrictions. The room furnishings are cheap and outdated. Apparently, they only have WEEKLY maid service so nothing was cleaned during my stay. The property looks much better from the exterior than what you receive in the rooms. In my opinion, for the price, this property didn't meet the basic amenities of your typical Motel 6. The positives: free parking in the rear, inexpensive wireless internet access ($4.99 for your stay), the rooms are generally clean (if the furnishings are cheap and outdated) and a kitchen (if very basic).

I got a great price on Priceline for $70 per night. The room was clean and the bed nice and firm. When I arrived there was no TV remote and when I went down to the desk they promptly gave me a new one.

The room had all the kitchen amenities you need. Full size refrigerator/freezer, 2 electric stove burners, a toaster, small coffee make, plates, bowls, silverware, frying pan and sauce pan.

In fact, I wish ESA did a better job telling new visitors about the bowls etc - I actually bought one before realizing they were already there!

The previous review was right to suggest getting a room on the back of the building as it was very quiet.

WARNING: Google Maps will send you the wrong way on Route 119 off the Saw Mill - the hotel is WEST not east!

I have stayed here on many occasions as my company's main office is nearby.

I like Extended Stay America properties as I have found them to be clean, very serviceable and quite consistent. This location is a good example of the chain.

Indeed, as the other reviewer mentions, there are virtually no amenities here---bring your own toiletries, and maid service is once a week. They have a very clean on site laundry room, the staff is friendly and works to make long-term guests feel at home. I get the feeling the other reviewer doesn't "get it" regarding the concept that this is an extended stay property and lacks the amenities like papers and shampoo that are de rigeur at full service hotels. I have consistently found the rates here 10-40% less than the other regular hotels in the neighborhood.

I have found that rooms facing the front can be a little noisy due to the freeway and busy street in front, so I always have requested a room facing the back. The corner rooms are also nice as they have a side and front window which brightens things up a bit in the room. The rooms are not fancy, they're rather basic but are new and in good working order.

The rooms have a kitchenette with fridge, stove, and microwave and a nice easy chair to relax in.

The hotel has a parking garage out back, which is great if it's snowing because your vehicle is protected from the weather.

I would gladly stay here again.
