Recently I had gone to New York for some meetings in Manhattan and stayed in this Hotel in Queens.
The location is not only very convinient for tranportation but also nicely placed near good shopping Malls.
The hotel staff was very courtious and all smilling faces. The rooms were neat & clean and the housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient. If I get a chance to go to New York again, would like to stay there. Also the terriff of the hotel is affortable.

Good convenient hotel, reasonable for the price. Ice machines on every floor and vending machines on the 6th and ground floor. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was more than adequate, clean and comfortable for the price we paid, Nice TV and fridge on the room and the room was serviced daily.
Located 10-15minute walk from the Subway line, which then allows you to go anywhere in the city, if you need to connect to another subway train, it is easy to do.
The Hotel does offer tours, however, I would NOT recommend them as they are expensive and most of the attractions on the tour are free to get into anyway, plus are all easily accessable by subway which is a lot cheaper.
There is free WIFI, but only in the lobby of the hotel and they provide two free computers (one with a printer) as well.
We did not experience any problems with noise in our room (room 306), but my parent's who stayed down the hall heard the music in the hotel and across the road till the early hours of the morning.

I stayed her with my family on two occasions. The first time there was a noise issue, but the manager was prompt and responsive to fix the situation. We returned a second time, and tried out the restaurant located on the first floor for breakfast. We felt like we were on a European Vacation with lots of great people from all over the world speaking several languages all around us. A really great experience. The food was great and very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping is a quick phone call away if something is needed. The housekeeping response is very speedy. The hotel also offers free parking for guests and a shuttle to the airport if your stay is for this reason. The hotel price is very reasonable compared to neighboring competition with less star ratings. This is not a 5 star hotel, but the value and service is top notch. A must stay for the practical traveler.

Very noisy because its position is between two roads. There are many cars at night. The person in this hotel is not helpful and kind at all. For me I had a problem of booking, but they didn't help me and let myself deal with it alone. At last this was the only hotel where I needed to pay for depositing the luggage for half a day until now. Never Never Never live in this hotel, friends!!!
