My company booked me here for a month stay. I'd never stay here on my own dime. The staff is terrific- genuinely friendly and accommodating -- and the hotel is clean, but it's low budget, bare bones, and everything is of the cheapest quality. There are zero amenities, aside from free Internet. There is no place to gather. There is no gym, no business center. The "fully equipped " kitchen consists of a two-burner top, one pot, one frying pan, a paring knife, and a few utensils from the dollar store. The maid comes once a week and does a desultory job at best --- literally passing a rag over the stove top and sink, but not actually cleaning either. You get two cheap, thin towels a week, unless you go to the desk and ask for more. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbor's TV and phone conversations. Also, there are construction workers living here permanently, and although they are not inconsiderate, thanks to the thin walls, floors, and ceilings you can hear every early-morning clump of their boots. The room is basic; the blankets and linens are also cheap and not warm enough. This hotel is inexpensive and basic. It's not a bad place. But I find it uncomfortable and wouldn't stay here if I had a choice.
