Like some others, I had a hard time finding the hotel. We have stayed there twice over the past six months and the rooms are nice and clean. The woman behind the desk was wonderful and went out of her way to get my daughter something to snack on when we arrived close to 12 a.m. We never have tried the breakfast because I am ashamed to say I love Cracker Barrel and there is one about 15 minutes away. We would go back these again.

Stayed here over the weekend in a studio suite and was quite pleased with our accomodations.The staff was friendly and responsive, the rooms were large and well appointed and the beds were quite confortable. Unlike most Residence Inns, this layout has separate buildings with two stories which affords a little more privacy and quiet. The breakfast was more than ample for our needs and the fitness center, although small, featured modern equipment. The hotel is also well situated within Carrier Circle.

Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in the Syracuse area.

Great place with comfortable bed and friendly staff. Only negative is getting thru the traffic circle and side/access roads to get there. Everything else is great and lived up to my expectations for a Marriott chain.

Spent one night. Check in was quick and staff friendly. Room was comfortable & clean. Many breakfast choices as usual for the Residence Inn. Would return again.
