I stay here often, it's my port in the storm when the weather is bad or my flight gets in late and I am not awake enough to make the 90 minute drive home. The staff is always friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. You will find a remarkable bar, the Wild Goose Pub, and and good food.

Checked in at 945pm after flying into Syarcuse. The room was sooooo smokey. My eyes were burning it was so bad. I don't know how housekeeping did not noticed. I called the front desk and it was 25 minutes before they could get me a new room. I was not to happy to sit in that room for that long, while she checked in other people. I stay in hotels 4 nights per week. This was the first time I asked to change rooms. The second room was much better. Not up to the quality I expect from a Hilton.

Great hotel, my room was squeaky clean and spacious. Free WiFi, free coffee in the morning. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was $10 with excellent pastries and OK omelettes. Beds are comfy. Well stocked snack bar and Kiosk.

Location - not in walking distance to anything. This hotel is in a business park close to office buildings and other, similar hotels. Some restaurant choices about a mile from the hotel. The location isn't the hotel's fault but if you like an in-town feeling or walk to restaurants at night, look elsewhere.

For a hotel chain, very friendly and warm service. I was always made feel welcome. It does make a difference. Thank you.

Excellent hotel, clean spacious room, good breakfast, nice staff- I have paid much more for a lot less- I would recommend this hotel to my friends. keep up the good work.

After reading some of the other reviews...maybe I am a simpleton or maybe some of those other folks are just too picky! Don't let any of the bad reviews turn you away, this is a nice place.
