Myself and my employees have stayed here a couple of times and will do many more times in the future. The hotel is very clean, the beds comfortable, the staff extremely courteous and attentive, the manager Vanessa was very professional and took personal care of my reservations even though they were last minute and changed on a moments notice.We do work in Manhattan and this place is ideally located. The food is excellent and reasonably priced.

Ideally located for the airport, and from the airport the NYC Airporter bus drops you right in Manhattan.
Comfortable room, quiet, down to earth (not corporate & stuffy like so many airport hotels). Restaurant = basic, but free continental breakfast.

I stopped here because flight was delayed and it was too late to drive upstate. The room is adequate for a brief stay, but it needs serious remodeling. The tub finish is almost worn off and generally the bath is small and minimalist. The bed is comfortable, however. I would not want to be here for much more than a night.

The regular rooms are a little bit small, location is perfect to la guardia airport. Parking is not too expansive for a new-york hotel. Very clean A1 service.
