my wife and i ate regulary in the hotel at least every other night, but over the past 2 months, we have noticed a significant change in taste and presentation? awful, sloppy plates, sauces all over the plates, you can easily tell that NO ONE cares in there or THEY CHANGED THEIR CHEF?

Manager Soto or Scalise in restaurant, HORRIBLE AND PISSY ATTITUDE TOWARD HER STAFF, she was extremely rude to them, and shouted their names through the restaurant to speak to them?

The hotel was great. Carolian at the front desk is the best in the hotel market

I live in new york but needed a mini vacation so for my birthday my boyfriend book us 2 nights at this Hotel! the staff is very helpful and pleasant. When we got there our shower door was broken but I told the lady at the front desk and it was fixed promptly!The rooms are clean and comfortable my only complaint was that my room was the first room off the elevator and i hear the elevator beeps all night next time i will request a room away for the elevators. yes NEXT TIME! i recommend this hotel! the pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were great especially when its 2o degrees outside! the restaurant in the lobby is very nice! my one and only complaint was that it does not have free parking! if your driving there you have to park in the street or pay to park in the garage which is an additional $25 a day! and the street has street cleaning which starts at 11am so you have to get up and move your car! but over all its a good stay for a good price!

The property, the lobby, bar is nice but the Room is very Disgusting. I stayed in a King Bed Room. There was a fly in the room; the toilet had stains inside; the wallpaper and carpet is old and dingy and needs replacing; and they still use ‘tube TV’; so overall it feels like a run down motel. Not worth it.
