“A perfect stay at Daylily Dreams”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2007

Our group of six relatives had a wonderful, relaxing reunion in Cooperstown at Daylily Dreams B&B. As soon as I found their website on the internet, I knew it was the only place in Cooperstown for us. I knew that my brother, sister-in-law and cousins would agree with the choice. It was every bit as special as all of us imagined, and then some!

We felt very at home, from the minute we arrived, until we pulled out of the driveway on our way back home. Rae and Bob, the owners, are very nice people and the most gracious of hosts.

From enjoying our "picnic" of leftovers on the screened gazebo when we arrived, to wandering through the tranquil gardens, to the delicious breakfasts, to our spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, it was a perfect stay.

It's one I hope that all, or at least some, of us can make again another summer. We all would highly recommend Daylily Dreams.

“The BEST place for Inauguration Weekend”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2007

This is a prime place to stay when visiting the delightful town of Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame, and especially desirable if you are attending Inauguration Weekend -- you can walk to the ceremony site, which otherwise poses big logistic/ parking problems. The B&B is immaculate, sumptuously furnished. Our ground-floor room was roomy and pleasant, with private access to a deck overlooking extensive and beautiful gardens. The food was great, the hosts thoughtful and knowledgeable.

“Beautiful home; friendly, enchanting company”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 August 2007

This was our first B&B experience, and we couldn't be more impressed. Beautiful property, and immaculate, well-decorated home. The hosts were a charming couple with lots of great conversation and helpful hints about where to eat and what to see around town. Very quiet. We were treated to the "Moondazzle" room, which had a gigantic bathroom. Every room has cable tv and free internet. A couple minutes' drive from downtown Cooperstown. We only wish we'd be able to see the property all bloomed out (we were there in late spring).

3 Times is a charm. We have stayed at the Daylily Dreams B&B for the last 3 Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Weekends and couldn't be happier! Jusy 1/2 mile from the Clarks Sports Center where the ceremony is held. The Moon Dazzle room was clean and quiet. The hospilality was very friendly and the Breakfasts each morning were scrumptious! Thanks Rae & Bob for another great weekend!

“Wonderful Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 June 2007

This was the most wonderful bed and breakfast! It could not have been more immaculate-I think they must catch the dust as it falls. The bed was exquisitely comfortable and the linens were luxurious. We stayed in the Meadowsweet Room and looked out onto the gardens and the pasture. Bob and Rae were very friendly and made a great breakfast. The b&b is about one mile outside the center of town and we had no trouble parking to watch our son play a double header at Doubleday Park. Cooperstown is a very charming town. I would definitely recommend the Daylily to anyone visiting Cooperstown.
