Great place, close to downtown. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. If you are just looking for a place to sleep then this is the place to stay. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Plenty of towels and soap and shampoo.

I would stay here again, I give this one a Gold Star.

clean, good value, AAA rated motel. Short driving distance to baseball fields and town. Parking next to room. most rooms on ground floor with one building having two stories.
If you are looking for a clean room at a reasonable price, this is a good place for you. New Holiday Inn, Best Western, Howard Johnson close by, but they are much more expensive during baseball season.

This was the cheapest motel I could find online. I was pleasantly surprised, even after reading other positive reviews here. Our room was very clean and the air-conditioning blew ice cold even though the days were hots.

When we took the trolley into Cooperstown we saw other motels closer such as the Cooperstown Motel and the Baseball Town Motel that are right downtown. I lamented that we could've been so close to the Hall of Fame, but after seeing reviews of those I am glad we stayed here and I'd do it again.
