We had 2 rooms and were billed for 3. I saw this when I got my credit card statement, and contacted both my credit card company, and the hotel. I eventually got through to some manager who said there was fraud on my account. He kept changing his story when I asked why there was no verification of guest identity. Obviously this person was not the credit card holder. Manager said he had to call the police, to resolve this. I was angered that he made false accusations, and wrote to corporate that told me they were to resolve this issue by today, and I still have not heard anything. I know my credit card company will find a resolution and I won't be held responsible, but it angers me that this happened in the first place.
The hotel itself was a dump. Badly in need of major renovations. Not at all worth a penny they ask for.
