We stay here when we are in town, when we aren't camping. The worker's are great and very helpful. Breakfast has always been good as it is a "Continental" Breakfast and has the basics. The rooms have always been clean and fully stocked. My only complaints are the light outside shines into the rooms and the tv doesn't have many channels. But as we aren't there to watch tv that makes little difference to us.

Our room was directly above the motel laundry and smelled like a toxic combination of moth balls and bleach. The manager happily moved us to a room that smelled old & musty, which sadly was a welcomed change. We were told the smell in the first room was because a previous guest was smoking in a non smoking room and it had to be sanitized to rid the room of any trace of smoke. A better room cleaning plan is clearly indicated. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were thin and the TV got about 10 channels.
The (included) breakfast was a joke. I know we were not at the Fairmont Lake Louise but raisin bread and fruit loops comes up a bit short of my Idea of breakfast...

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, no complaints there. There was no elevator and since our room was on the second floor, that was a bummer. My main complaint was the beds. I had no idea a bed could be so hard. I think laying outside on the pavement would have been softer. The cable was rediculous. We had maybe 5 channels and the one I wanted to watch had poor reception and horrible sound. This hotel is also used to house the low income families in the community. We had no problems with the residents, but its something you might want to consider come breakfast time. Not that the food was all that great to begin with, but by the time my husband went down at 7:30 a.m. to get food it was pretty well picked over. If you need a place to sleep and enjoy a super hard bed then this is the place for you. If you are like me and prefer a little give to your mattress and a tv that works, then keep on driving and find someplace else to stay.

The beds were vary uncomfortable the TV had no channels The room smelled bad And my wife saw a cockroach. The breakfast was hard donuts, dry cereal and empty coffee pots.
The only good part was a small coffie pot in the room, and the chambermaids cleaned nicely when we were out.
