Recently stayed at the Comfort Suites, to be closer to the shopping malls around the holiday season. We were able to check in earlier than the check in time which was accomodating. The staff could have been a little more friendlier, but it was a quick check in and check out process. The lobby, pool area and room were very clean. Loved that the fitness center was 24/7, very convenient! We saw one of the hotel staff working hard cleaning up around the lobby area and hallways. This is located in a great location, it is right off the Northway.

I was a guest there this year and a young women at the front desk was so helpful, she printed me directions to the resturaunt that we wanted to go to and was very imforative about the area. The room was great except for me not using how to work the heater- but after Kat told me to use the unit on the wall it was smooth sailng. Thanks again we will be back!!

The front desk staff was courteous when we checked in. It was all downhill from there. Our first room had a faulty thermostat with the temp set at 38 that could not be reset. We were given another room that faced a busy highway and backed up to a fire department. The drapes could not be closed for privacy or to darken the room at night...only a sheer covered the window which made the room quite bright at night. All of the hot breakfast food was gone when we went down for breakfast at 6:30 AM and no one was around to ask that it be replenished. We had to go to the front desk to make that request and it took awhile before the hot food was replenished. We left and went to Friendly's.

Rooms are large and spacious, good location by the Northway and shopping. breakfast buffet is pretty basic, well maintained. We stayed on the 2nd floor above the pool, and the shrieking noise from the pipes when people in the adjacent room were showering was awful. A few kids who used the pool had issues with their eyes from excessive chlorine. Windows had only a single thin transparent curtain, so lights from nearby properties were bothersome.
