A group of us stayed at the hotel for a Bills game. We were obviously enjoying ourselves and had drank all day came back to the hotel and had a nap then a few of us went to the attached restaurant Max's for dinner we were politely warned by the manager that one person in our party was offending other guests and that there are children in the restaurant and his language was inappropriate which we agreed with and settled up our tab to move on to a more suiting establishment. Upon arriving back at the hotel there was a nice young gentleman at the desk who was helpful and hospitable. We returned to our rooms and changed and went to the hottub. The sign said it closed it 11pm but our room key gave us access around 12 so we proceeded. Shortly after the young man from the desk came in and checked on us and was interested in one of our friends so told us he had tried to knock on her door to get a h old of her but she was clearly asleep and didn't answer. He asked us to keep the noise down and happily obliged. Shortly after that another young gentleman came in and said we weren't allowed to be there so we started getting our stuff together and left. We went up to our rooms and to sleep. Someone, possibly someone from our group, but not someone in our room, pulled the fire alarm. I had had enough to drink and was tired enough at 3 am that I had not heard this and was finally awoken to police officers at our door telling us we had to leave the premise. I completely agree with kicking out someone who pulled a fire alarm but to kick out the entire group people who expressed to hotel staff and police that they were too intoxicated to drive and not to give them a safe alternative is inhumane and shows that the hotel clearly does not value or care for there guests.
