We stayed here for 1 night before a morning flight out of Buffalo airport. We were a family of 4 and had booked a king suite stay and park package (all that was left that could accomodate us). Husband and I shared the king and 2 sons the sofa bed, which they found uncomfortable, but it was only 1 night. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom, no tub though, only a shower. Mini fridge and microwave. Decent complimentary breakfast in the a.m.- coffee, eggs, bacon, toast, sweet rolls, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc. - definitely enough for most people.
Located right by the airport, only about 3 minute drive, and they supply a free shuttle, as well as parking up to 14 days. The parking area is right by the hotel so we felt safe leaving our vehicle there. We just called the hotel after we arrived back in Buffalo and they sent the shuttle right over. I read on this site that the staff are not helpful, but we found anyone we dealt with to be fine.
Over all I would say we had a good experience and would definitely consider this hotel again.

This Buffalo airport hotel is new, clean, has a pool, a great maintenance staff (we needed a new phone in the room), across the street from the airport, fairly quiet and a good deal.

Travelled to Buffalo for a leisure trip. The front desk staff was unprofessional. TV service (ability to rent movies in rooms and volume control issues) was completely unsatisfactory the entire weekend. No offer to address issue on behalf of staff other than unplug TV and reboot system. Advertises late check out, but was not available when our family requested with no explanation other than- 12 o'clock check out! Phone call to management after check out with NO RETURN PHONE CALL! Really one of the WORST hotel experiences my family has ever had.

This is a large hotel, and we found it clean and comfortable enough for one night. Check in was OK, once the man on the desk had played the game of leafing through paperwork and ignoring me for a minute or so. Only problems with the room were the absence of a refrigerator and, just as annoying, absence of wifi in the rooms (it was available only in "public areas" ie the tiny lobby, and meeting rooms - even Motel 6 does better than this with wifi.) An Ethernet port is quaint but no help if you are traveling with an Ipad. Hotel location is close to Buffalo Airport, but you will need a car if you want to eat anything other than breakfast as there is nothing walkable nearby. Overall it served it's purpose but there are plenty of other hotels around the airport which are probably worth a look.
