I just returned from a shopping trip in Buffalo. I booked a room at this hotel because of the positive reviews I read on this site and I wasn't disappointed. The check-in staff member was friendly and informed me that there was coffee/tea/juice available at any time in the room off of the lobby.

My room was spacious (I booked a non-smoking King room). It included a desk/chair area, a wing chair and ottoman, and a flat screen television mounted above a large cabinet that housed the mini fridge. I noticed that this fridge was quite larger than any other "mini" fridge I've seen at other hotels. The bathroom was large, bright and clean. The only complaint I have about my room is what I would consider insufficient lighting (excluding the bathroom).

The free breakfast offered has quite a few choices but I found the breakfast area itself to be quite small - not cool if you're claustrophobic at all!!

The hotel is located off of the I-190 and nearby the airport so you can expect some noise, but I found the area around the hotel and the hotel itself to be surpringly quiet.

We were supposed to stay two nights at this hotel. But we didn't sleep at all the first night so we've decided to move to another hotel. The walls are too thin. The neighbors were very busy doing a party in the room next to us. Also, we heard noise from airplane (near the airport) and the interstate behind us.
I think it's an overrated hotel in trip advisor. I don't recommand it.

We stayed at this hotel with our grandchildren in August. We were impressed with the spacious, clean rooms and the staff. Everyone was friendly and polite. There were cookies available all day as well as coffee and juice. The indoor pool was clean and very convenient for our grandchildren, as it rained during our stay. The breakfast offered many choices and was tasty. We would recommend this hotel and certainly return for another stay.

My husband and I stayed here on our way home from a vacation. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had an excellent breakfast (REAL breakfast- eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereal, juices, muffins, etc.). We paid around $170 total for our room (King bed with jacuzzi tub) and although there was nothing wrong with the room, I think it was just a bit overpriced. But overall, very happy with our stay.
