I have stayed at this hotel a few times, for games and when visiting relatives. I was given a handicapped accessible room last time I stayed as it had recently been cancelled by another guest and was the last room available.
The rooms beds are quite comfortable and the room is large enough to easily move about. The television remote control is not overly complex and there are enough lights to read or work.
There is Internet access in the room without charge. The bathroom is large, and in the handicapped room there is a shelf over the tub and grab bars that would allow anyone in a wheelchair to easily transfer from chair to bath. The handicapped room has very wide doors and a very large bathroom that would allow a chair and a caregiver to easily maneuver.
There are many non-smoking rooms. The staff is very pleasant both the desk staff and the housekeeping staff.
There is ample parking, there are bunnies running in and out of the nearby woods. They are convenient to the airport and the thruway. There are a number or restaurants within half a mile, and a Bob Evans near the entrance.
Room Tip: If you require a handicapped room they are located on the ground floor, close to the wheelchair park...
