We just spend 4 nights at the Bonnie View based on reviews I had read on Tripadvisor. The place was opened in the 1950's and it seems that not much has been updated since that time. Our cabin did accommodate our family of 5 with two full size, comfortable beds and one not-so-comfortable pull-out twin, so our son decided to just sleep with a blanket on the couch instead of the pull-out. We had planned to have breakfast and lunch in the cabin, so we used the kitchenette. However, we kept everything in the fridge because of an ant problem. Since there were ants, I didn't use any of the dishes or cups and went to the local supermarket to purchase paper goods. I understand that this is a "cabin" near the lake and should be rustic, but the carpeting in the bedrooms was gross...shag carpet that was at least 30 years old. If these things are acceptable to you, then the Bonnie View is a good value, is on the lake and close to the town of Bolton Landing.
