I stay here quite often, when I come up to visit my kids. I have yet to see the horror stories portrayed by some of the other reviews. The hotel is absolutely dated, carpets worn (especially in hallways,) rooms worn...but for what it is, I've never had a dirty room here. The rooms have always been acceptable, albeit in need of a facelift. Occasionaly I have gotten a room with a noisy HVAC unit, but it looks like they're starting to upgrade those. Basically, you get what you pay for - its a place to sleep at 70% of the cost of other chains in the area.
