The room was well lived in and beat up. I asked the owner to clean the mold out of the bathroom and replace the saftey latch on the door. 2nd night nothing was done. I complained again and someone cleaned?? the bathroom. A hour later after the cleaner was dry the bathroom smelled of mold again.

Location was great - right off highway. Very quiet, heard NO road noise. Rooms were very clean, with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. Beds clean and comfortable. Staff was neat, polite and accommodating. Close to restaurants, Dunkin' Donuts, K-Mart, gas stations. Would certainly recommend this motel.

Everything was awful about my experience at the Super 8 in Bath, NY. The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful telling me the manager cancelled all reservations not held with a credit card at 4 p.m and it wasn't her fault so don't get upset with her. So after having my Queen sized non-smoking room taken away, I had to settle for a king sized smoking room. Inside the room, the towels were dingy, the walls were water spotted and the smoke smell was overpowering. I had to go out to buy candles and room spray. The whole town was unimpressive and dirty. I would drive the 2 hours to get home before staying in this hotel again.

Corporate lodging member. Made reservation in advanced. Was NEVER offered the opportunity to provide an additional card to gaurantee the room. Upon arrival at 5PM staff advised that our reservation was canceled at 4PM. Girl at front desk was rude and unhelpful. Made us pay out of pocket for a substandard room. Hotel DOES NOT play by the rules. Told us the hotel does not take corporate lodging on the weekends after they knowling took our reservation. Girl at desk said this is standard practice so they get you to come in anyways and turn around and charge the higher rate. Also, the hotel is disgusting. Will never stay at this hotel again and will tell everyone I know to avoid! (By the way, they did the same thing to the folks that were in front of us in line too. Not a very nice way to treat business guests from out of town!).
