Stayed here 3 nights and the only reason I didn't check out early was because it was the "preferred" hotel for a family wedding which brought me to town.

Our room was in serious need of renovation, esp the bathroom. Carpet was stained, cobwebs in the corners. The bathroom tub was surrounded by black mold and the toilet did not flush properly. Caulk was cracked or peeling around the sink and tub. Cobwebs in here, too.

Worst was the noise -- pets are allowed and unfortunately our neighbors across the hall had a loud dog in tow. The lobby bar, only open Fri/Sat, has karaoke that runs until after midnight. We were the farthest room from the bar and the singing both nights could be heard clearly enough to recognize the songs. The first night I also heard snoring from the room next door.

Free continental breakfast has fresh apples and oranges and decent coffee, but other than that, they ran out of things (donuts, bagels, bread, milk) fast. The first morning we looked at what was left and walked out to head to Bob Evans.

My parents also stayed at this hotel the same weekend. Said their room was ok but the toilet didn't flush properly and they did not get maid service one day and did not have coffee for the in-room coffeemaker. Another guest said they had coffee, but no coffeemaker in their room.

I will say the staff was friendly and pleasant.

We stayed at the ramada to attend a concert at Darien Lake the rooms were filthy and smelly and the cleaning staff are very leary they broke my things and rummaged through our belongings DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We stayed at this location on june 5 & 6 to attend the Tim McGraw concert that was held nearby. The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. We were even upgraded to a room with a larger bed at no extra cost when requested. The rooms were very clean. There were no problems that we can report. We plan on staying at this hotel again in the future.

My family and I stayed overnight at this hotel on our way to Toronto. If you are looking for a restful night's sleep after a long day of driving DO NOT stay here. There is a bar with karaoke downstairs and it sounds like the music is in your room. I asked if I could switch rooms and the lady at the desk didn't respond yes or no, she just looked at me like I was crazy. The hotel smelled musty and reeked of cigarettes on the non-smoking floor. The rooms are in terrible need of renovation with wallpaper peeling from the walls. The bathroom tub needed to be cleaned and the carpet did not look vacuumed. I would not recommend this place and would not go back if I had the opportunity.
