We spent two nights at this hotel.
Firstly, I want to set the record straight. There isn't an
Indoor Waterpark at this hotel as a previous reviewer
mentioned. They must have stayed at a different
Quality Inn.
There was a small indoor swimming pool.
The continental breakfast was great. It was better
than the standard breakfast you get at other hotels.
The room was large and comfortable, with a microwave
and refrigerator.
The hotel is in a good location with restaurants nearby.

When you spend a lot of time in hotels you learn to appreciate what's important. A clean and comfortable room with a good bed, a nice hot breakfast, and a friendly staff. This Quality Inn only had two of the three. Although the rooms were clean and comfy, the breakfast was lacking and the staff was less than friendly. Both times we arrived back to the hotel from work there was no one at the front desk to greet us or answer questions. When we got into our room we noticed that the maid did the bare minimum of cleaning in our room. Our keys wouldn't work several times, which meant we had to travel back down to the front desk to get help, which also meant we had to "bother" the person on duty to help us.That was the general attitude of the hotel. It seemed as if the staff just didn't care to do anything that wasn't required of them.

If you're looking for clean and comfortable, this is your place, but if you're looking for a place that makes you feel like you're at your home away from home then travel on.

Have stayed here five times in two years. Always clean and bright. Beds very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Nice that they allow pets. Also, Alex's restaurant is just around the corner and is a great ending to a long day of driving. Am staying again in October.

Stayed on a road trip back from NH-picked this hotel based on other positive reviews and were very pleased. Rooms were neat and clean and comfortable beds. We would definitely choose this hotel again. We previously stayed at Comfort Inn in Hamburg and this was much nicer. Also appreciate the reasonable $10 fee for our pup. Overall great experience.
