Stayed with reservations made weeks in advance. When we arrived asked for an air conditioned room as had a 10 hour car drive. After trying from 10pm for 2 hours to get the air on we finally feel asleep hot and tired.
When checking out next morning asked for managers card( Mr. Ping )to call to explain the room was stuffy with no air. Several calls of voice mails Ping never returned my calls.
Had to stay the following week on the drive back home was told the 99 dollar room turned to 129.00 Again bad service faulty air just an old we don't care about your comfort hotel.
It has been a month since I tried calling and travelers you can do way better than this place.

We have stayed here several times. The hotel is located near the turnpike but not so close as to disrupt sleep. The staff is pleasant and the rooms are clean and are fine as long as you don't need brand new furnishings.

Numerous restaurants located nearby.

This hotel was conveniently located about 20 minutes from Darien Lake. When my sister and I checked in the receptionist asked if either of us were 21. I'm only 20 and the receptionist informed me that rooms aren't rented unless there is at least one person over 21 in the room. When I made the reservation you have to put in your age and nothing ever came up about having to be 21. She called her manager and we were allowed to stay because I was paying with a credit card. This is just something to keep in mind if you need to rent a hotel room here. The room was clean and included tv, microwave, and mini fridge. The air-conditioning also worked well. The only negative thing was the sound of cars going by on the highway which was right next to our window. Breakfast is very good and included with your room. You can make your own waffles/bagels and there was also fresh fruit, cereal, and sausage. Overall I would stay here again even though my experience with the staff was less than ideal.

I went to this town because we had family funeral to go to. It is a good value hotel, they have everything you will need to stay overnight. They provided breakfast. Nothing fancy or memorable. Saying that if i go to Batavia again , i will go back to stay there.
