We had to be in the area in the morning so found this hotel on TA and stayed there the night before. We are not frequent visitors to Hampton Inn properties but found our stay to be totally satisfactory in every way. We arrived in the evening, and greeted warmly by Jim. The room was large and very comfortable, clean and well furnished. We had an even numbered room and had no issues at all with noise. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Given the rate of the room, this was an excellent value in every way. Best part, however, was that - without exception - every member of the staff that we encountered, from the front desk (both evening and morning) to housekeeping to the breakfast crew, smiled, were pleasant, and left us with the impression that we and our business were most welcome there. Kudos to them and to management for establishing a culture that results in that level of guest treatment.

I knew this stay would be ok at check-in. New building and greeted by Jim when I walked in. He ended up being a great help the entire week. Provided directions, found our peers and connected us during the week as various members came and went, and made the greatest restaurant recommendations. Nice clean large room with very comfortable bed. The only negative is the hotel is very near the interstate and you will hear the big trucks if you are on the side of the building with odd numbered rooms and with lower numbers like 201. The fan helps and you can program it to run continuous.

This Hampton Inn is just like any other Hampton Inn. Free Breakfast, Comfortable Bed, and all the rest. The Night shift staff members are amazing, and always very helpful. The rest of the staff could take a few lessons from these staff members. Often times, the front desk workers are in the back room, and they have not idea you are there unless you make noise.. cough... or say something... Which is tacky and very poor service.

Overall, it is the best place in Batavia.

This hotel puts the customers first. Check in was a breeze, the rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was hot and plenty of options. The entire staff always greeted you with a smile and willing to help make your stay pleasent. Terrific place to stay
