what makes this place is the hospitality extended by the staff. there are many Hot Springs locations in Tor C, but none compare with the care and friendliness of the staff here. Love you and will be back soon.

Room Tip: balcony rooms are preferable specially in good weather

“Slow Down in 24 Hours”

We've been to Sierra Grande and T or C several times now. It's just a two hour drive from home, so we can do a one day trip. After a few soaks, a stroll around town and a good meal in a nearby restaurant, we are always much more relaxed. My only complaint is that there are very few comfortable places in the guest rooms or common areas to sit and read.

Excellent place to rejuvinate after travels in the Southwest. Nothing better after a day of hiking, dusty rock hounding, and road trips than to soak in the hot pools. The 1920's serene grandeur of the place is wonderful, the staff are marvelous.
A morning and evening soak were part of the deal for the stay, and the breakfast with fresh bakery goods was remarkable. Overall very very worthwhile stay, one we'll repeat as often as we get back to TorC.

Room Tip: Any room, all have fine beds and wonderful tubs for extra soaking.

“Mommy & ME”

I still enjoy a nice weekend with my mom. Now that mom's in her 80's playing in the park, camping trips, major arts and crafts or long haul shopping days and long trips are no longer possible. but a weekend at the spa is a definite welcome treat to relax and enjoy each-others company. Everyone of the staff at Sierra Grande were very attentive and helpful. From the front desk Margaret was very attentive. Robyn does a nice breakfast mom really liked those scones and I was pleased to find gluten free muffins yum . After several realxing hot baths, massages from Sharon and Lara and for Dynas great facial we were hard pressed to leave the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. There were other staff that were just as helpful but I didn't get everyone's name. Thanks and Keep up the good work

“A wonderful place”

At the risk of repeating myself, this place is wonderful in every way. Robin is a delightful lady who takes good care of you, and the spa is a great place to relax. We had been on the road two weeks and ended our trip here before going home.
