Staff is great everyone was friendly and always said hello to me and my kids. Room was clean bathroom was clean. My kids loved the waffles for breakfast. We originally planned to stay one night bc we are driving across country but our car need a water pump replaced. The staff was very accommodating. Really impress with the hotel over all. We are still here so hopefully I didn't count my chickens before they hatched and we will still have a great stay. Price is good for the room size.

I stayed at the motel within a block of rooms reserved for some friends and me. We were in town to visit anotehr friend's anniversary gathering. The rooms were quiet enough and the hotel is centrally located to important points of interest in Santa Rosa. The free wi-fi and free hot breakfast were nice touches. The front desk clerk was helpful when we needed to locate another member of our party. The greatest drawback was that my bed was not too terribly comfortable. I stayed for two nights.

My husband and I came in at 1:40 in the morning from driving all day. The beds were not clean, and there was sand on the floor. When I complained to the front desk, they told me that I would hear from the manager...never heard from them! I had to call customer service to get the manager to call me, and when she did, I was offered a discount when I came back....never received it. Beware, this is a dirty and dishonest establishment.

My truck broke down while traveling through and needed a place to stay overnight. The room was large and clean and the staff could not have been nicer. I also recommend Ortega's Towing if you have an automotive problem.
