We spent three days here and thoroughly enjoyed despite relentless heavy rain. Great tent, terrific food and characterful ranger Jacques who showed great skill in driving in awful conditions and finding the right animals.

Fabulous place. We stayed at bayethe for 3 nights on honeymoon. Our ranger jacques was awesome and made the 6 game drives exciting entertaining and different every time! Hope he gets the credit he deserves from the management. The "tent" was pure luxury and felt totally private and romantic. Great experience!

We stayed for 3 nights. The hospitality is fantastic- as much food and drink as you could possibly want and all excellent! The service is very friendly. Our Ranger was Headman - his knowledge was fantastic and he worked really hard to give us the best experience possible on our game drives. We would definitely recommend the whole experience!

We stayed at the Bayethe Lodge. Beautiful grounds and tented suites.

Everything in the lodge was 5 star. The rooms, food, wine, and game drives are all inclusive superb. We did this as a land tour from our cruise. Got off at Capetown and re boarded in Durban. I must say our local Port Elizabeth travel agent at www.eastcapetours.com (Colin) did a super job and saved the day when our ship decided to skip the East London port where we should have re boarded. Colin on Christmas day got us to Durban in time to catch the ship.
