I have seen some other people left their bad stories about this hotel which I have to say something about it because I've had a really good experience on this one. And I plan to stay at the same room when I come back for Holidays.
I have stayed with my family to attend a wedding in town at three weeks ago and I have to say this place is very nice place to stay, the carpet is new and the wall paper on the hallway is so elegant . The best thing is their breakfast with a lot of choice and the room is very clean and bigger than I thought. When you see the room, you will know what I am talking about, I think it is the best I have tried in this area.---------Jean

I wasn't in the room 15 minutes when I saw German roaches crawling in and out of the carpet around the base boards. Not only that but there were more crawling up the walls around the bed and just falling down on to the bed itself. I called the front desk and told them that I wanted a refund for the room because it was infested with roaches and I was given a very hard time about it. I had made the mistake of paying cash since me and my two kids were only going to stay for one night and the price was reasonable enough. So, even after complaining about the bugs and urging the front desk manager to go into our room to see the bugs, I was only given a partial credit because he said I had already "used" the room. Which we hadn't. We checked in earlier and then went to go eat before even going into the room. When we got there to the room and I saw the bugs crawling everywhere I turned down the bed covers to see if there were bugs in the bed....THERE WAS! That was when I called the front desk. But, still I was treated very disrespectful and given only a partial refund...soooo, I say, we paid over $30 just to walk in and walk out of a roach infested property....NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT A COMFORT INN....AND, Don't let them fool you with their sign that says, newly remodeled. Remodeled and new carpet does not mean that gets rid of the roach problem they have.

Just stayed at this Comfort inn on Thursday, 6/15. This place is a complete rat-hole. We had a room on the first floor and I immediately noticed as we walked down the stairs how old, stained and dirty the hallway carpet was. Then I rounded the corner to the hallway. The baseboards had been ripped up and the wallpaper was stained and torn. I actually took a picture of the hall from my cellphone to be able to show people. The room was non-smoking, which was the only good thing I can say about it. The room was so dirty that I refused to take my shoes and socks off until I went to bed. Even then I left my socks on! Do NOT stay at this hotel!!!
