New B & B Establishment in Las Vegas, NM. 3 Rooms all up stairs either on 2nd or 3rd floor. We stayed in the smallest bedroom which was a reasonable value. Room was very clean and well appointed as well as quiet. Breakfast was adequate, nothing too fancy. Our only complaint was the mattress wasn't to our liking. A/C was provided by window unit which worked well considering age of property (Victorian Home)
Room Tip: Yellow room is the most quiet.
