“Very cozy”

I went thru priceline to get this room and didnt know what i was going to expect. I called to confirm and make sure they placed a crib in the room for my cranky toddler. As soon as we checked in i was pleased with the cozy temp since im always cold and the appearance.Very clean and in the room as well. I was a little dissapointed that my toddlers crib was just on the floor unassembed.I was hoping to just get in the room and place her in it, so my husband had to assemble the portable crib as i got her ready for bed. Bed is very comfortable,shower great lasting hot water without sign of mold and kitchen/pc station prepped for us as well.Wish i could stay one night longer....

Room Tip: Bring toothpaste and ask for them to assemble portable cribs if needed prior o your arrival.

We stayed here on our way to Carlsbad Caverns. The rooms were excellent. Clean, updated and an excellent value.

“A Good Place to Stay Along I-10”

This was our second stay at the Springhill Suites in Las Cruces and we have been pleased with both stays. The hotel is convenient to I-10 which accommodates travelers going to or from California, Arizona, Texas or other destinations along the long road. This stay I did have trouble with the wireless internet so the hotel operators actually transferred me to the on-call tech support person. Impressive.
Breakfast is nothing memorable but for families looking for a quite bite before venturing out for a long day of travel it’s more than satisfactory. For those wanting to avoid the commotion of the string of hotels along I-10 in El Paso (40 miles east), Las Cruces is a good alternative and the Springhill Suites fills the bill at a reasonable price.

“Rooms need update”

This is an older hotel and the rooms need updating. I've stayed at some of the newer Spring Hill Suites and I love them. This one needs a facelift. It looks like they did the lobby already.

The phone in my room didn't work.

It was OK.
