We booked a room at this hotel after having an unpleasant night at another. Very good idea- this hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were all friendly. The gentleman at the front desk kindly showed us around the hotel before we booked a room. Another plus is that this hotel is pet friendly. The only negative thing I can say is that the internet was slow, but free. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend it.

Beautiful TownePlace Suites, air condition was excellent, friendly service and a roomy breakfast area. I was SO disappointed that they allow smokers right in the court-yard. I think that smokers should not be allowed to smoke in a non-smoking hotel. It seems they always choose to smoke, right near the door where people and children have to walk to get to a public area. As soon as you open the door to go outside to swim, you inhale second hand smoke. No one should have to breath in such toxins, especially when so many people can suffer destructive health consequences from these poisons. The kind thing to do would be to smoke away from the property, maybe a back door not the pool area and court yard intended for enjoyment.

The other issue were the sheets, they did not want to stay on the bed. The bottom sheet and mattress cover kept moving.

I have to applaud the staff for their five star service. They were always available for assistance and frequently went above and beyond. The rooms feel like absolute luxury with a full kitchen and upgraded everything. I have frequently paid more for less quality. The property is also very nicely located with a variety of excellent dining and shopping options close by.
I was very happy with this property and will definitely return there when I find myself headed to Las Cruses in the future.

We recently stayed here during our trip from Texas to Arizona. I highly reccomend this hotel. We got the 2 room suite for a great price which was perfect for our family of 6. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and nice. I highly reccomend this hotel, especially to families.
