I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past six years and finally reached the point that I stopped staying here. The hotel has ample parking and is in an area that is centrally located as far as shopping and dining needs are concerned for the traveler. Because I normally stay in extended stay hotels I look for places that have stoves (not all extended stay hotels do ... the Staybridge Suites for example only has a cook stove top) so this hotel appealed to me. But I have to say that there is little else that I find attractive.
The rooms in this hotel are small and not very comfortable. During my last stay when I noticed that the DVD player was missing the remote I went downstairs only to be told that the hotel was getting rid of the DVD players as they wore out so remotes were not available and that I should be glad that there was at least a player in my room. The breakfast provided is all cold foods (bagels, muffins, etc.).
All in all, it is not a BAD place, but still not a place I ever care to come back to when other hotels are available. Will I ever stay here again when I go to Las Cruces? Yes ... but only when I have no other choice.
